1. Information We Collect

You give us your name, email address, phone number, company and the property address when you get a price, place an order, book a call, or write to us. An order also carries your measurements, the door style, finish and paint you chose, and your delivery details. You may upload photos — your kitchen for a rendering, your tape measure to read a measurement off it, or the problem when you report one.

Stripe handles payment. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never reach our systems. Like any website, ours records the basics of a visit — IP address, browser, pages opened — and uses cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and hold an order you have started. We do not run advertising trackers. We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people use; it sets its own cookies.

2. How We Use Your Information

To price, size, build, ship and track your order, take payment and the sales tax on it, and answer your questions. To send you updates about your order, and marketing you can unsubscribe from at any time. To keep the record of your order — your readings, the sizes we calculated from them, and your approval — for as long as the warranty and tax rules require. And to improve the site.

Your photos and AI. Your photos make your rendering and check your measurements, and nothing else unless you ask us — like a before-and-after card. The rendering is made by an AI image service that receives the photo and our instructions for the style you chose, never your name or contact details, and does not use your photo to train its models. If the kitchen belongs to a client or an owner, have their permission before you upload it.

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information, and we never share it for anyone else’s marketing. We share it with the people who help fill your order — production, the carrier, Stripe, and the services that run our site and send our email and texts — each receiving only what its job needs. If you ask for an installer referral, we pass your contact details to that installer, who is an independent business. We also share information when the law requires it, and if Kitmodo is ever sold, your information goes with the business.

4. Text Messages and Email

Give us a mobile number on an order and we will text you about that order: a verification code, kit shipped, fronts shipped, tracking, and answers to a question you text us. How many depends on your order. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to end them, or HELP for help. Your mobile number and your consent to receive texts are never shared or sold for anyone’s marketing, and we do not send promotional texts. Order emails run as long as you have an order with us, and every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link.

5. Data Security

The site runs over an encrypted connection, card details never touch our systems, and your records are visible only to the staff who need them. While we strive for maximum security, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. Keep your sign-in links and codes to yourself, and tell us right away if something looks wrong with your account.

6. Your Rights and Choices

Write to hello@kitmodo.com from the address on your account and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, within 30 days. Deleting does not remove the record of a paid order, which the warranty and tax rules require us to keep, or your unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe from any marketing email, reply STOP to any text, and clear cookies in your browser — though clearing them signs you out and drops a saved order. We give everyone these rights, in every state. Kitmodo is for adults, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

7. Updates to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top is the date the words last changed.
